1. Business Growth

* Develop and execute the growth strategy.

* Acquire new Warehousing, CFA and Transportation customers.

* Expand business with existing customers.

* Drive revenue, profitability and market expansion.

2. P&L Management

* Own Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA and Working Capital.

* Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.

* Ensure achievement of annual business targets.

3. Principal Company Relationship

* Own relationships with all principal companies.

* Conduct periodic business reviews.

* Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

* Lead contract renewals, audits and business expansion opportunities.

* Resolve commercial and operational escalations.

4. Operations Excellence

Lead Warehousing, CFA and Transportation operations by ensuring:

* Inventory accuracy

* On-time deliveries

* High productivity

* Cost efficiency

* Safety and statutory compliance

* Continuous process improvement

5. Commercial & Business Development

* Participate in pricing, tenders and contract negotiations.

* Improve customer profitability.

* Develop new logistics solutions and value-added services.

6. People Leadership

* Build and develop high-performing teams.





* Drive accountability and a performance culture.

* Coach and develop future leaders.

Candidate Profile

* 15+ years of experience in Warehousing, CFA, Logistics or 3PL.

* Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.

* Proven experience in customer relationship management and business development.

* Strong commercial, operational and leadership capabilities.

* MBA / Engineering / Supply Chain qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
