Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within a designated geographical territory. This role involves identifying recent business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to expand market share. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a proven track record in direct sales and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions and addressing objections.




- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience and product delivery.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote company products/services.
- Manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer retention and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
