Job Title: Estimation Engineer

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Experience: 2–3 Years

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday Half Day)

Objective

To prepare accurate and timely cost estimates, submit

competitive techno-commercial proposals, and support the

sales team in converting enquiries into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze RFQs, tenders, and customer

enquiries.

Check emails regularly for new tenders and enquiries.

Record enquiry details and maintain the estimation

tracker.

Float enquiries to principal suppliers and obtain

competitive quotations.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of technical and

commercial information.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and techno-

commercial quotations.

Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for Fire Protection,

Fire Alarm, and ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA

System, Intrusion, and Structured Cabling) based on

project specifications and drawings.

Submit quotations within the stipulated timelines.

Coordinate with clients for technical clarifications,

commercial discussions, and negotiations.

Work closely with the Sales Manager to convert

enquiries into confirmed orders.





Update and share the enquiry tracker on a daily basis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing

and prospective clients.

Support business development activities through client

calls, meetings, and promotional communication.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy of cost estimates and quotations.

Timely submission of tenders and quotations.

Number of enquiries handled and responded to.

Order conversion ratio.

Revenue contribution through successful project

conversions.

Timely maintenance of estimation tracker and

documentation.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical,

Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.

2–3 years of experience in estimation within the Fire

Protection / Fire Fighting industry.

Positive knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and ELV

Systems.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added

advantage (optional).

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation

skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage

multiple enquiries simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
