As the primary technical resource for the project, you will articulate technology and product aspects to both business and technical users. You will provide efficient solutions to technical challenges and interact effectively with customers. Your role involves establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and addressing all technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 5-10 Years of experience in Core Java, J2ee, JSF, Web services, XML
- Must be proficient in HTML, JavaScript
- Experience working with MongoDB will be a big plus
- Experience working with Version control Bitbucket
- Excellent Communication skills, debugging skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in integrations with 3rd party systems and a good knowledge of data modeling would be an advantage
- Nice to have : Past experience with Maximo, Work & Asset Management (WAM),



Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, and Mobile Workforce Management products
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- B.Tech, BE, Engineering in Computer Science, Masters preferred

Responsibilities

- Ability to analyze, debug customer issues and provide elegant solutions
- Ensure customer requirements are understood, prioritized and implemented in a timely manner
- Work closely with product management in identifying customer needs and requirements, and validate future feature designs.
- Educate the client about product features and capabilities during the customer on-boarding and retention process.
- Collaborate with product engineering in identifying product defects, designing solutions, and testing.
