Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduate to join our Maintenance team. The candidate will assist in maintaining company facilities, coordinating civil maintenance activities, and ensuring that buildings and infrastructure are in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the inspection and maintenance of office buildings and facilities.
- Monitor civil maintenance work, including plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, waterproofing, and general repairs.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any structural or maintenance issues.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare basic reports.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and standards.
- Assist in material estimation and monitoring of maintenance inventory.
- Perform any other maintenance-related tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of building construction and maintenance.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Solid problem-solving and observational skills.

- Basic understanding of construction materials and maintenance practices.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹12,078.23 - ₹46,064.20 per month
