Job Overview:
We are looking for an Accountant or Financeexecutive to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable. Accountant or Finance executive responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping. Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Ability to lead teams, assertive, excellent communicative skills with professional appearance.

Assist with other accounting projects.

Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

Update accounts receivable and issue invoices





Preparing necessary letters for the clients as per the requirement of the company

Managing payment collection & payments to vendor for the organization

Working Knowledge of GST, TDS (knowledge of return filing is preferable)

Taking follow up with Debtors on regular basis

Handling Bank Reconciliations, Petty Cash

Preparation of Sale Invoices as per contractual Terms

Handling day to day accounting Entries of the company

Required Candidate profile:
Successfully completed B. Com/ M. Com/ MBA/ CA-Inter or MBA- Finance with good grades.

Experience in the field of healthcare industry (up to 1 year) but not mandatory.

No year drop throughout Educational career.

Software skills-MS Office-advanced level (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent social skills, team player, ability to work in stressful situations etc.

Ability to lead teams, assertive, excellent communicative skills with skilled appearance.

Availability to travel as needed.

Candidates with valid driving license-LMV will be preferred.

Well versed with Tally ERP 9, MS Excel, MS Word, MS.

Advance knowledge about taxation-GST, IT returns, Balance sheet, P&L;, Service Tax, Professional Tax etc.

Excellent user knowledge of online banking, NEFT, RTGS,mobile banking etc. is expected.
