- Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines with Y1, Y2, X, R, and W (Auto Crowning) axes.
- Program and operate the Cybelec 15 PS Controller for various bending operations.
- Select and install appropriate punches, dies, and tooling as per job requirements.
- Perform trial bends and adjust machine parameters to achieve specified dimensions and bend angles.
- Load and unload sheet metal safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and work orders.
- Produce components within specified tolerances.
- Monitor machine performance throughout production.
- Maintain production targets while ensuring product quality.
- Record production data and completed jobs.
- Inspect finished components using Vernier calipers, height gauges, bevel protractors, angle gauges, and measuring tapes.
- Verify bend angles, dimensions, and overall quality against engineering drawings.
- Report any deviations or non-conforming parts immediately.
- Ensure first-piece inspection before batch production.

Pay: ₹11,462.04 - ₹25,320.31 per month
