Key Responsibilities

- Develop and organize academic courses and training programs for hospital staff and students
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive, up-to-date course content
- Coordinate course schedules, ensuring availability of instructors, rooms, and resources
- Oversee the enrollment process and maintain accurate participant records
- Assist in delivering course materials, workshops, and seminars to participants
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participant understanding and course effectiveness
- Gather participant feedback to assess course quality and identify areas for improvement
- Implement course changes based on feedback and evolving educational standards
- Ensure all courses meet regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Prepare reports on course outcomes, participant progress, and recommendations for future programs

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences from a recognized University.




- Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Hospital and/or Healthcare Management from a recognized University (minimum 2 years).
- 2+ years of experience in education coordination, training and development, or a related role, preferably in a healthcare or academic setting
- Robust organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in healthcare education
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff, faculty, and administrators

Preferred Skills

- Experience with curriculum design and instructional methods
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical training environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
