Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented qualified to support day-to-day factory operations across production, quality control, and dispatch functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing environments and the ability to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily shop floor activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor production processes to maintain output and minimize downtime
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and internal compliance requirements
- Coordinate with different departments for seamless workflow and issue resolution
- Supervise packaging and dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of production, quality checks,



and dispatch details
- Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions where required
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setup
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and dispatch operations
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic reporting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
