We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction site activities
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Perform site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained
- Manage materials, labor, and equipment efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in construction or site engineering
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
