Position: Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the interior design or building materials industry and a proven ability to build strong client relationships, generate new business, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and distributors.
- Promote and sell laminates, louvers, wall panels, and other interior decorative products.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Required Skills

- Strong field sales and client relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of laminates, louvers, wall panels, and other interior decorative materials.
- Experience in the interior design or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduation is preferred. Candidates with a Diploma and relevant experience in the interior/building materials industry are also encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license.
- Language Proficiency:
- Tamil – Mandatory
- English – Required
- Hindi – Preferred/Ability to communicate
