Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, warehousing, courier partnerships, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Supply Chain Management

- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including procurement, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
- Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and delivery within defined timelines
- Handle forward and reverse logistics (RTO, returns, exchanges)

2. Courier & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with courier partners (e.g., 3PLs) for efficient delivery operations
- Negotiate contracts, optimize shipping costs, and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Monitor courier performance and service levels

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management

- Maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses
- Track stock movement, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of healthcare products

4. Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience

- Ensure high order fulfillment accuracy and timely dispatch
- Monitor delivery KPIs such as TAT,



OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), and delivery success rate
- Resolve logistics-related customer issues and escalations promptly

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

- Track and analyze logistics performance metrics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Identify areas of improvement and implement process optimization strategies

6. Process Improvement & Compliance

- Develop SOPs for logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, packaging, and safety regulations
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and cost control

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics/supply chain (preferably in D2C, wellness, or healthcare industry)
- Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory planning, and courier operations
- Experience with logistics tools, ERP, or WMS systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
