Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and a proven ability to identify and address client needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and challenges, offering tailored solutions and advice.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling various financial products and services, aligning with client objectives and company targets.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess portfolio performance, discuss market trends,



and update clients on recent product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Develop and execute strategic client retention and acquisition plans to meet and exceed business development targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
