Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the accounting and finance functions of the FMCG business unit.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle financial audits and coordinate with statutory auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analysis for management.
- Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and cost control.
- Ensure proper internal financial controls and process improvements.
- Manage banking transactions, cash flow planning, and working capital.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.

Qualifications

- CA Inter preferred.




- Candidates with equivalent accounting knowledge and substantial practical experience will also be considered.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- M.Com or MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.

Experience

- 5–10 years of accounting experience.
- Minimum 3 years in an FMCG manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience in handling end-to-end finance operations independently.
- Prior experience leading an accounts team is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
