Conduct online yoga sessions for groups of patients with diabetes and arthritis through Zoom or other video conferencing platforms.

Plan and lead safe, therapeutic, and beginner-friendly yoga practices tailored to participants' health conditions.

Demonstrate yoga postures, breathing exercises (Pranayama), stretching, and relaxation techniques.

Modify poses according to individual mobility, flexibility, and medical limitations.

Guide participants on posture correction, body alignment, and protected practice.

Encourage regular participation and motivate patients to improve their physical and mental well-being.

Monitor participants during live sessions and provide appropriate guidance to prevent injury.

Coordinate with the healthcare or wellness team regarding session schedules and participant requirements.

Maintain a professional, supportive, and positive virtual learning environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
