The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store floor, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, maintaining product displays, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily floor operations.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving store targets.
Ensure proper stock handling, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
Train new employees on SOPs, customer service, and product knowledge.
Prevent stock loss through effective inventory control and loss prevention measures.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience as a Floor Manager, Store Supervisor, or Team Leader in retail.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
