Job Role – Welder

Key Responsibilities

- Perform welding operations using ARC, MIG, TIG, and gas welding processes.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Cut, grind, and prepare metal components before welding.
- Inspect welded joints for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting torches, and related tools.
- Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE during work.
- Repair damaged metal parts and structures when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- Coordinate with fabrication and production teams for smooth workflow.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with welding safety standards.




- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and handle physically demanding tasks.

Qualification

- ITI / Technical certification in Welding or Fabrication preferred.
- 1-2 Years of experience in industrial fabrication or manufacturing is an advantage.

Work Workplace

- Fabrication shops, factories, construction sites, or industrial plants.
- May require working in shifts and handling heavy materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
