Job Title: Solar Operations & Marketing Associate (Field)

Role Type: Full-Time / Internship (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Panvel

Reports to: Project Coordinator

The Mission

We are looking for a high-energy "Solar Hustler" to join our team. You won't be stuck behind a desk. You will be the face of our brand—finding current sales, conducting technical site surveys, and ensuring our solar installations meet the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do (Your Priorities)

Sales Gen: Identify potential rooftops, talk to customers, and handle initial inquiries to build our pipeline.

Site Surveys: Visit customer sites to take measurements, analyze shadows, and collect data for our design team.

Project Support: Coordinate with installers and electricians on-site to ensure the "Survey to Commissioning" process is seamless.

Quality Control: Use our checklists and photo documentation to verify every installation is perfect.

Documentation: Assist with net-metering (MSEDCL) and subsidy portal tracking to keep projects moving.

Who You Are

Freshers/Interns:



Background in Electrical/Civil Engineering or Marketing is a plus, but attitude matters most.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using apps for CRM, photo documentation, and site mapping.

Mobile: You must have a personal vehicle (Bike/Scooter) for site visits.

Communicator: You can explain technical concepts simply and professionally.

Grit: You don't mind being on the field, even when the sun is out.
