WE ARE HIRING – BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Velan Express Eats is looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to maintain our outlets and ensure all facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work.

Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in lighting, wiring, switches, sockets, and equipment.

Carry out plumbing work including pipe repairs, leak detection, drainage maintenance, and fitting replacement.

Perform preventive maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems.

Handle minor carpentry, painting, ceiling repairs, and civil maintenance work.

Maintain air conditioners, exhaust systems, water pumps, and other facility equipment.

Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests.

Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements before breakdowns occur.

Coordinate with external vendors whenever major repairs are required.

Maintain maintenance records and submit reports.





Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Travel between Velan Express Eats outlets whenever maintenance support is required.

Requirements:

Equivalent qualification in Electrical or related field is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance.

Robust knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.

Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, and civil maintenance is an added advantage.

Responsible, reliable, and willing to work flexible schedule if needed.
