Job Overview

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire suitable candidates for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for different job positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR software/CRM.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹19,371.25 - ₹30,892.45 per month
