We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software, ensuring network reliability, and assisting users with day-to-day IT issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot network, internet, email, and system-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and warranty claims.
- Implement data backup procedures and support cybersecurity best practices.
- Ensure minimal downtime and timely resolution of IT issues.
