A news reporter is responsible for investigating, writing, and delivering news stories that inform the public about current events, issues, and developments while maintaining accuracy, objectivity, and journalistic integrity.
Key Responsibilities of a News Reporter:
- Researching stories and identifying newsworthy events.
- Writing news articles, scripts, and reports in a transparent and accurate manner.
- Covering live events such as press conferences, accidents, elections, and public events.
- Recording video or audio footage and coordinating with camera crews when required.
- Meeting deadlines and filing reports quickly, especially for breaking news.
- Following ethical journalism standards by ensuring accuracy, fairness, and impartiality.
- Monitoring current affairs and trends to identify potential stories.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
