Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client interactions and ensure a smooth customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling queries, follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
Follow up with leads and existing clients.
Maintain and update customer data.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Ensure Customer satisfaction and timely responses.
Build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle calls and multitask.
Customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.




1-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, or client Support.
Experience in the automobile, electric vehicle, manufacturing, or automotive industry is preferred.
Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar platforms.
Strong customer service, problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
