KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar architectural software.
- Ability to prepare conceptual designs, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Basic knowledge of building regulations, materials, and construction practices.
- Good visualization and design skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Willingness to visit project sites when required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of space planning, interior detailing, and design development.
- Ability to interpret project requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
- Understanding of sustainable and energy-effective design practices is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail in drawings, specifications, and project documentation.




- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

JOB ROLE

- Assist in architectural design development and drafting.
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations.
- Support senior architects in project planning and execution.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams.
- Participate in site visits and project reviews.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing records.
- Assist in preparing design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide design support during construction.
- Assist in material selection and preparation of design specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Contribute innovative design ideas and creative solutions to project challenges.
