We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage online presence, drive engagement, and execute digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and paid marketing.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and stories
- Monitor trends and implement relevant content ideas
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions
- Manage SEO basics and website updates (if applicable)
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics
Content & Branding:
- Coordinate with design and production teams for creatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Assist in campaign ideation and execution for clients
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Analyze metrics and suggest improvements
- Track ROI and campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Media / Communications
- 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Good understanding of content creation and social media trends
- Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in agency or media company
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar
- Robust copywriting and creative thinking skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
