Marketing Executive – Job Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing team in field activities.

Field Marketing

- Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers to promote company products.
- Develop recent business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities in the market.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and promotional material placement at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

Digital Marketing

- Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and publish engaging marketing content, including posters, videos, and promotional posts.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for promotional materials.




- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Maintain and update the company website and online business listings, if applicable.
- Assist in running online advertisements and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel for field marketing activities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel locally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
