- Rotational Shift, one week Day shift and next week Night
- Understand simple shop drawings and project layouts.
- Lift heavy components and stand or work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Wear proper protective gear and follow site safety rules.
- Use tape measures and squares to measure steel beams and plates, marking cut or drill lines based on blueprints.
- Help grind, deburr, and bevel metal edges before pieces are joined.
- Hold, align, and tack-weld or bolt structural pieces together temporarily so senior fitters can check alignment.
- Transport heavy steel parts, handle rigging gear, and keep the workspace clean and protected
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
