Job Description — Freelancer Physiotherapist / Home Visit Physiotherapist

Role: Freelancer Physiotherapist – Home Care Services (H.E.A.L)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and treatment sessions at patient’s residence as assigned by H.E.A.L.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain professional communication with patients, caregivers, and H.E.A.L coordination team.
- Submit daily treatment updates, session reports, and clinical progress documentation as per H.E.A.L reporting format.
- Adhere to scheduled appointments, punctuality standards, and qualified conduct guidelines.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture correction,



and home program continuation.
- Follow infection control, ethical practice, and organizational clinical protocols.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
- Valid Registration with State Council
- Experience in home care/clinical physiotherapy preferred

Engagement Terms:

- Assignment-based freelance engagement under H.E.A.L policy.
- Travel and session allocations as per management approval.
- Compliance with reporting, documentation, and professional standards mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,353.56 - ₹35,708.29 per month
