Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, earthing, and lightning protection.
- Prepare single line diagrams (SLD), schematic drawings, and layout plans.
- Perform load estimation, cable sizing, voltage drop, and short circuit calculations.
- Design low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) systems based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Architectural teams to avoid service clashes.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, NEC, and local electrical codes.
- Prepare BOQ, technical specifications, and material submittals.
- Review and approve shop drawings, vendor documents, and as-built drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and support testing and commissioning activities.
- Provide design input and technical support to the BIM/Revit modeling team.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities for design approval and technical clarifications.
- Ensure all designs are energy-efficient, cost-effective, and safe.

Skills & Software Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of electrical system design principles and power distribution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,



Revit (preferred), and electrical calculation software such as:
- ETAP, Ecodial, Amtech, or Dialux.
- Familiarity with NFPA, NBC, IEC, and IS standards.
- Ability to prepare technical reports, load schedules, and equipment datasheets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Certification in Electrical Design / BIM / Revit (preferred).
- 3–10 years of experience in electrical design within MEP or construction projects.

Preferred Experience

- Design experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or healthcare projects.
- Exposure to BIM coordination and multi-disciplinary design environments.
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems (Solar PV, energy optimization) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
