• In time target achievements • Performing any assigned activities • Timely reporting to the concerned manager • Generating/Following up appropriate leads • Online sales and Field sales • Daily work Report submission • Contribution in designing sales promotions in the assigned cadre • Team/Individual Presentations to the concerned groups or customers • Negotiating with the client/customer • Closing sales if necessary and directed by assigned manager Failure of performing any of the above mentioned tasks would be strictly dealt. Requirements: • Completed any UG degree • Minimum 3 years experience in real estate / construction sales • Languages to be spoken: Telugu, Hindi, English • Willing to travel distant places if required • Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Salary : 15k - 18k ( Incentives are performance based )
