Experience: 0 to 4 Years (Freshers & Experienced)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Role Objective

To ensure the smooth operation, setup, and maintenance of pharmaceutical production and packaging machinery while meeting safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Efficiently operate pharma-specific machinery (Blister, Strip, or Filling machines).

Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventive maintenance and handle minor mechanical repairs to minimize production downtime.

Setup & Changeover: Execute machine setups and part changeovers according to batch requirements.

Troubleshooting:



Identify and resolve mechanical issues or technical glitches during the production process.

Safety & Cleanliness: Strictly follow SOPs and ensure the work area is kept clean and safe as per industry standards.

Documentation: Maintain daily machine logs and maintenance records accurately.

Required Skills

Strong technical understanding of mechanical tools and machinery parts.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical safety and cGMP guidelines (for experienced candidates).

Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
