- Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve: Video editing, color grading, pacing, audio balancing, and timeline management.
- Adobe After Effects: Basic motion graphics, text overlays, visual effects, and animated transitions.
- Design & Layout:
- Adobe Illustrator & InDesign / Figma: Modifying vector assets, tweaking graphic overlays, and aligning visuals within web/print layouts.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) & Workflow:
- Frame.io / Canto / Brandfolder: Managing image and video libraries, tagging metadata, and reviewing proofing feedback.
- Generative AI Tools (Preferred): Familiarity with Midjourney, Photoshop Firefly, or Secure Diffusion for quick concept mockup or asset editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Visual Curation & Editing: Select, edit, color-correct, and retouch raw photography and video footage to ensure high visual impact and aesthetic quality.
- Story & Asset Alignment: Partner with writers, video producers,



and graphic designers to select the best visuals to accompany articles, campaigns, or video scripts.
- Quality Control & Brand Standards: Serve as the final reviewer for all image and video assets, ensuring correct framing, color temperature, resolution, aspect ratio, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Asset Rights & Management: Source stock imagery/footage, manage licensing and copyright compliance, and maintain a structured DAM (Digital Asset Management) library.
- Multi-Platform Optimization: Crop, compress, and export assets tailored for diverse formats (e.g., 9:16 vertical video for mobile/social, 16:9 for desktop web/YouTube, high-res CMYK for print).
- Creative Guidance: Provide constructive feedback and artistic direction to freelance photographers, videographers, and graphic designer

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
