Position Description:

- Calling Parents, Students & Schools in the allocated region.
- Tele-Counseling.
- Fixing Online Demos & directing them towards closures leading to enrollments.
- Fixing House Visits & Online Sessions for Academic Counseling.
- Feedback & Follow up Calls on enrolled students and Demos conducted

Education Qualification Required:

Any Graduate.

Experience Required:

Fresher or 6 Months specifically from the same industry and profile

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a daily average of 60 to 80 Calls Connected.
- Maintaining a daily average of 3 to 5 Online Demo Conducted or similar no of House Visits Conducted




- Daily Feedback & Follow up Calls.
- MIS, Data Entry & Fresh Sales Updates on daily bases.
- Regular coordination with the Parents & Students

Technical Skills/Competencies Required:

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Previous experience of handling CRM shall be added advantage.

Soft Skills/Attributes Required:

- Self-motivated, Creative, Strong awareness of all brands across e-Learning industry
- Existing Network of Students, Parents, & School
- Ability to engage parents & students in an academic conversation.
- Strong Convincing Skills & Abilities.
- To be able to manage targets & achieve deadlines.
