Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm, empathetic Settling Teacher to support young children (ages 2–6) during their initial transition into school. The role involves helping children adjust emotionally and socially to the classroom environment, building trust, managing separation anxiety, and establishing daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support emotional and social adjustment of new children.
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom workplace.
- Communicate regularly with parents during the settling period.
- Collaborate with class teachers and support staff.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience with pre-primary children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
