*Job Title*: Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive
*Location*: [Kolkata / Work from Office]
*Experience*: 0-2 years
*Role & Responsibilities*:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for new & re-launching projects
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
- Share project details: location, pricing, amenities, payment plans
- Maintain daily calling & lead conversion reports in CRM
- Follow up with existing clients.
- Handle inbound queries from ads, portals, and walk-ins professionally
*Requirements*:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
- Basic computer knowledge + MS Excel
- Freshers welcome. Prior real estate/tele-sales experience is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
