Job Title: Online Bidding / Business Development Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through Upwork and online bidding platforms.
- Identify suitable projects and submit winning proposals.
- Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on leads.
- Negotiate project terms and close deals.
- Build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding.
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of IT services and software development.
- Experience handling international clients.
- Target-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹58,263.11 per month
Work Location: In person
