Job Description

COGIPRO Design & Construction is looking for a Civil Estimation Engineer with experience in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and tendering for building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-off and BOQ.
- Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis.
- Review drawings and specifications.
- Prepare tender documents and quotations.
- Coordinate with the procurement and project teams.
- Monitor project costs and prepare estimation reports.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years in civil estimation (Freshers with strong estimation knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel,



and estimation software.
- Good understanding of building construction and materials.
