Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage the front desk operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a polite and skilled manner

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments

Schedule and manage patient appointments

Maintain patient records and front office documentation

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments





Handle billing enquiries and basic administrative tasks

Manage incoming emails, couriers, and messages

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Previous experience in front office or receptionist role is preferred
