- Job Description:

Nature of Work:

1. Knowledge of Tool design for product manufacturing, preferably Welding and assembly jigs.

2. Knowledge of manufacturing processes which applies on Sheet metal.

3. Knowledge of welding processes and applicable standards

4. Knowledge of Mechanical Joining processes and applicable standards

5. Knowledge of Surface Treatment processes and applicable standards

6. Knowledge of Product packaging for various mode of transportation

7. Knowledge of CAD software, preferable Solid Edge and AutoCAD

8. Can lead customer communication effectively

Key Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for status update to NPD in charge





2.Responsible for timely delivery of Engineering Deliverables for Tooling development and validation

3.Lead team of 5 to 6 members

4.Responsible to implementation of tooling for current and existing products for process improvements

5.Responsible for Skill enhancement of subordinates in NPD team

6.Managing and Maintain Team discipline.

7.Responsible for defining packaging and transportation solutions for new products.

8.Responsible for defining internal and external movement equipment for new products.

9.Responsible for technical communication with CFT and Customer related to tooling.
