Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to source quality candidates, and experience coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview feedback and maintain candidate records.




- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and hiring targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
