The Assistant Product Manager/Product Manager – Pharma Marketing will be part of a structured global talent development program designed to build future marketing leaders. The role provides exposure to brand strategy, market analytics, product positioning, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly regulated, innovation-driven pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support brand planning, global and local marketing strategies, and execution plans Assist in the development and adaptation of scientific and promotional materials in compliance with global and local regulations Conduct market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis to support decision-making Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, market access, and supply chain teams Analyze sales trends, performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness Support recent product launches and indication expansions Participate in field immersion programs to gain insights into customer needs and market dynamics Prepare presentations, dashboards,



and management reports for regional and global stakeholders Ensure adherence to ethical marketing practices and compliance standards Core Competencies & Skills Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking Ability to interpret data, insights, and market trends Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills High learning agility and adaptability in a matrix organization Attention to detail with strong compliance orientation Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools

Educational Qualifications MBA / PGDM in Marketing (Pharma / Healthcare Marketing preferred) B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences / Biotechnology background strongly preferred Experience 2–7 years of experience Deep understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics Experience with the Gynaecologist and Paediatric product portfolio.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
