Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Drive performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback systems.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Support payroll administration and benefits management.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.




- Act as a mentor and resource for junior HR staff.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.(Hospital Preference)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
