We are seeking a motivated candidate from South india with a background in architecture or civil engineering to join our remote drafting team. This role involves working on U.S.-based residential and commercial projects, preparing permit drawings, and collaborating with licensed architects and contractors.

Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using Chief Architect software
- Ensure compliance with IRC and IBC codes
- Collaborate with team members via Microsoft Teams
- Contribute to innovative design concepts and adapt to evolving project scopes

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering (B.E.)
- Proficiency in Chief Architect software (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Valuable communication skills and willingness to learn U.S. code requirements
