NitiCon Projects is a New Delhi–based consulting firm bringing global procurement and bid management discipline to India's government contracting landscape. We work across Bid Process Management, PMU, IT projects, training, and advisory for ULBs, PSUs, and government agencies. We're growing — and this role grows with us.

What You'll Do
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the hunt: finding the right tender before everyone else does, reading the fine print no one else catches, and getting a bid submitted cleanly under deadline pressure.

- Track and shortlist relevant tenders on GeM, state e-tendering portals, etc. — daily.
- Read RFPs/EOIs/RFQs closely enough to flag eligibility gaps, document requirements, and submission risks before they become problems.
- Manage end-to-end bid submission: document compilation, EMD/tender fee processing, digital signature use, portal uploads, and deadline tracking.
- Handle multiple live tenders in parallel without dropping a deadline.
- Maintain a clean, current pipeline tracker — what's open, what's due, what's won, what's lost and why.




- Coordinate with the founder and external partners to pull together technical and financial documentation fast.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years working with GeM and state procurement portals — bidding, registration, or compliance side.
- Sharp research instinct — you find things others miss.
- Comfortable juggling several submissions at once, each with its own deadline and document set.
- High attention to detail. Tender documents can be unforgiving.
- Working knowledge of digital signatures, EMD processes, and standard bid documentation.
- Clear written English for portal correspondence and internal reporting.

A Note on the Role
This is a growing seat, not a fixed one. As NitiCon's pipeline expands, this role will expand with it — likely into vendor coordination, proposal drafting support, and eventually bid strategy. We're looking for someone who wants to grow into more responsibility, not just fill a slot.

Compensation
Competitive, based on experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
