Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Commerce Faculty member with a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com.) to teach undergraduate college students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students and contributing to their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach undergraduate Commerce subjects such as Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Business Economics, Business Law, Income Tax, Auditing, Financial Management, and related courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, lectures, assignments, and study materials in accordance with the university syllabus.
- Conduct classroom lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and student assessments.
- Evaluate answer sheets, assignments, projects, and presentations in a timely manner.
- Guide students in academic projects, seminars, internships, and career development.
- Maintain attendance records, academic progress reports, and other departmental documentation.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, workshops, and college events.
- Support curriculum development and contribute to continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.
- Encourage students to participate in extracurricular, research,



and skill development activities.
- Ensure discipline and maintain a positive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com.) from a recognized university.
- Strong academic background in Commerce and related subjects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital teaching tools.
- Ability to engage and motivate undergraduate students.

Preferred Qualifications:

- UGC-NET/SET qualification (preferred but not mandatory, depending on college requirements).
- Previous teaching experience in a college or coaching institute is an advantage.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methods and educational technology.
