Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist in managing IT infrastructure and support the daily operations of the department.
- Ensure proper data backup and recovery procedures are in place.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
- Monitor network performance and assist with troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Maintain and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Provide technical support to employees for various IT-related inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to company’s IT security policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for IT solutions and support.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to IT systems and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,



or related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Basic knowledge of database management and server administration.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of IT security practices is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,990.38 - ₹20,000.00 per month
