We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer Manager with 11 to 13 years of experience to join the Data and Analytics Engineering (DAE) operational effectiveness team. The Manager will oversee the stability and performance of data integration and reporting platforms, including Ab Initio and Informatica. This role involves managing incident resolution, ensuring timely recovery of failed jobs, and coordinating root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. The manager will lead efforts to optimize operational processes,



drive migration of reporting solutions to a cloud-based setting and leverage Generative AI to enable automation and self-healing capabilities. Strong leadership, technical expertise in data pipelines, and experience in managing large-scale production environments are essential.
