Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Industrial Automation Lab Faculty to conduct practical training sessions in industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on training in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, industrial sensors, pneumatics, and electrical control systems while ensuring students gain practical industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical laboratory sessions on Industrial Automation systems.
- Train students in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Electrical Control Panels.
- Demonstrate PLC programming, troubleshooting, and automation applications.
- Guide students in industrial automation projects and real-time simulations.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, PLC kits, automation panels, and training tools.
- Prepare lab manuals, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Ensure safe operation of laboratory equipment and compliance with safety standards.
- Evaluate students' practical performance and maintain training records.
- Support students in project development, internships, and placement preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest automation technologies, Industry 4.0, IIoT, and smart manufacturing trends.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of Industrial Automation systems.




- Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors, and Control Panels.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, industrial instrumentation, and automation troubleshooting.
- Good communication and demonstration skills.
- Ability to conduct laboratory experiments and practical sessions effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in industrial automation, maintenance, manufacturing, or laboratory instruction will be an added advantage.
