- Provide cost estimates and explain service processes to customers

- Coordinate with technicians to track job progress and ensure timely delivery

- Update customers on service status and manage expectations effectively

- Ensure customer satisfaction through qualified communication and follow-up

- Maintain accurate records of service visits and transactions
