Role & responsibilities
- Designing and improving manufacturing processes and products.
- Crafting models and drawings using CAD tools.
- Conducting tests on prototypes and analyzing data.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Writing detailed reports and presenting results to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in design engineering,
preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bacheloru2019s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
